Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal. International orders are by Paypal only.

Sales Tax will be applied for Georgia residents. You will not be charged sales tax if your order is from outside Georgia.

Product Availability

Our shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise leaves the Colors of Portugal warehouse. Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of your order. This might be delayed if an order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday. Please make your arrangements accordingly.

Shipping Information

We use only couriers that have a tracking system, such as FedEx and UPS. You will be able to their respective websites (www.Fedex.com or www.ups.com) and track your package.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we offer a full refund if the products are returned within fourteen days of arrival at the address original send, and in the original condition.Shipping and Handling  fees charges are not refundable and 10% fee of your purchase price will be charge for restocking.

Wholesale Policies

You order will be classified as wholesale when you plan to spend more than $1000.

Colors of Portugal is not a shipping company or broker. Keep in mind that shipping costs and processing are your responsibility. Our responsibility is making sure that your order gets out of the factory according to the agreed time frame. We work on FOB (Free On Board) - as soon it leaves the factory we have our business with you completed.

Before deciding to buy wholesale we suggest that you:

• Carefully review the catalogue we will send to you upon request
• Decide what you what to buy and the time frame for delivery of your completed order.
• Send a e-mail to wholesale@colorsofportugal.com with your order details, including name, contact information, product order details and your requested time frame for delivery.
• 50% down payment is required before your order is sent to the factory. (Our factory is very busy all year, so please plan well in advance of your desired delivery date.)
• Once we have received your deposit, we will contact the factory directly to make the arrangements for your order, and notify you if there are any changes/discussions needed regarding your requested time frame for delivery.
• When your order is complete, it will be packed for shipping and ready for pickup from the factory using whichever carrier you choose to work with for shipping. Colors of Portugal is not responsible for direct shipping of wholesale articles from the factory.
